Empowering Seniors is Here to Empower YOU!

Are you looking for a FREE event that's both informative and entertaining? Well, look no further! Tarrant County Commissioner Gary Fickes has organized a fantastic event for seniors in its 13th year. The Empowering Seniors Health and Wellness Expo includes abundant resources and services in one convenient location. You can also expect to enjoy various workshops, screenings, 135 exhibitors, live entertainment, goody bags, door prizes, and free food. This year's theme is the Rockin' & Rollin' 50s, so grab your leather jacket or poodle skirt and get ready for a great time. Be sure to enter the costume contest for great prizes when you arrive.

You can also look forward to meeting an extraordinary guest, Wally Funk, an American Aviator, Commercial Astronaut, and Goodwill Ambassador who traveled to space on Blue Origin in 2021. You will also see friends of Empowering Seniors, Troy Duncan, Iconic Weatherman and Care N' Care Member, and the Dallas Cowboys Alumni Cheerleaders from the 70s.
