Grand Opening of Watermere at Frisco!!

On Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., representatives from Watermere at Frisco, local dignitaries and elected officials, and members of the greater Frisco community will gather to celebrate the Grand Opening of Watermere at Frisco, the region’s newest senior living continuum of care campus. 

The Grand Opening Celebration party will take place at 4220 Cotton Gin Road in Frisco, within the Canals at Grand Park.

The public is invited to attend the Grand Opening Celebration, which will feature elegant fare prepared by Watermere executive chefs, live music, and continuous tours of both Watermere at Frisco and the Landing at Watermere Frisco. The event is free, but guests are asked to RSVP to 972-525-8000 due to the large turnout anticipated for the event.

In additions, there will be Executive Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies featuring local elected officials, dignitaries and business leaders at the Watermere at Frisco campus at 4220 Cotton Gin Road. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Watermere at Frisco Independent Living will take place at 3 p.m., to be followed by the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Landing at Watermere Assisted Living, Memory Care and Extended Care Community at 3:30 p.m.

In total, the Watermere at Frisco campus will offer 370 independent living, assisted living, memory care and specialized extended care apartments. Since opening, Watermere at Frisco has been generating a tremendous amount of interest. As a rental retirement and senior living community, there are no large entrance or buy-in fees.
