Senior Health Fair, Sept. 17
The Senior Coalition of Fredericksburg will host the 6thannual Fall Harvest Health Fair on Tuesday, Sept 17 from 10am – 1pm at Fredericksburg United Methodist Church, 1800 N Llano Street.
The Fall Harvest Senior Health Fair is open to the public for free. Senior citizens, caregivers and those with aging parents are invited to attend.
This year’s health fair will offer:
- Information about services and products for senior citizens
- Door Prizes
- Raffle items
- Flu shots
- Vision screenings
- Flu shots will be provided by Walgreens, and vision screenings will be provided by TSO.
Additionally, representatives from Hill Country Memorial will be on site to schedule annual wellness visits and mammograms.
Lunch will be catered by The Golden Hub Senior Center at a cost of $10 per person. Lunch for attendees aged 65 and older is free.

Those in attendance will see first-hand the abundance of resources available, right here where we live. In past years, the health fair has attracted more than 50 vendors and hundreds of attendees from Fredericksburg, Kerrville and the surrounding Hill Country area. All proceeds from this year’s health fair will benefit local seniors in need.
